The current events in our world are moving at an incredibly fast pace, it’s like the good and the bad are in a crazy and wild badminton game with the birdie flying back and forth so fast you aren’t sure where it's at.
If you don’t know where the birdie is, how can you hit it for the win? Your opponent keeps gaining and you feel like you’re losing.
I get it. I’ve been there myself. If I were to allow myself to stay there, I’d fall into a depression, unsure of what’s to become of our world.
Being an empathic psychic I am aware that I need a safe place to keep my sanity and happiness in a healthy place.
Here are some of my best tips to help keep you sane and happy, even in the world's current climate.
Turn off, or seriously limit your news time. What we place our attention on fills our spirit and creates our reality.
Stop dwelling on the negative in the world. Focus on the positive. Again, since what we focus on creates our reality, create a positive world. The energy you create will join the collective. The more positive energy you put out, the better we will all be.
Be proactive. Help out in your community, volunteer at a community center, soup kitchen, or senior center. Become what you want the world to be.
Don’t spend all day on social media. It’s not healthy. Set a timer for 30 minutes. When it goes off, turn the internet off and do something creative or active.
Do one thing every day to improve your world and the world of someone else, even if you don’t know them.
Spend time in nature. It’s my number 1 solution to feeling uplifted!
