Cancellation Policy
Client Booking Policy Scheduling & Payments: All sessions must be booked in advance through the provided scheduling system, email, or phone. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Payment details will be provided upon scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your session, the appointment will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. No refunds or partial credits will be given for missed time. Refunds & Satisfaction: All sessions are non-refundable once completed. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out, and we will work toward a resolution.
